Particularly the girth (sometimes in combination with a halter) keeps the neck blanket in the correct position. We therefore advise you to use the neck blanket only when the horse is under supervision. If this is not possible for any reason, we suggest using a body blanket or one of the other Ivanhoe Horse Equipment care products, depending on the horse's condition.
